Inside the team
More than a cleaning company
Woman owned, BSC was founded by Jennifer and her daughter Myia. We come from a long line of people who are detail-oriented, and how your home feels matters to us. We're not just building a cleaning business. We're building a team we can be proud of.
Jennifer Spiroff, the owner of Beyond Surface Cleaning, previously owned and operated a cleaning company from 2016–2018. During that time, her daughter, Myia, worked alongside her and learned firsthand what it takes to care for people's homes.
Life eventually took them in different directions. Jennifer continued on her own path, while Myia gained additional experience working in commercial cleaning.
Now, they're back together.
With years of experience between them and a shared appreciation for doing things right, Jennifer and Myia have reunited to build something new—one that combines their experience with a more personal, thoughtful approach to cleaning.
As Beyond Surface Cleaning grows, they'll be expanding their team with women who share their values and take pride in the work they do.
We're not just building a cleaning business. We're building a team we can be proud of.
